Surf Lessons
Surf lesson check-in is at Access 39 on east beach. Just walk down the board walk and look to the left for the red umbrella and our yellow surfboards.
- All lessons are one hour long
- Private lessons are $100
- Group lessons are $75 per person, a group can be up to 3 people per instructor
- Must be at least 6 years old to take a surf lesson
- Ages 10 years and younger require private lesson
- Must be able to swim
- Surfing times are tide dependent and are generally scheduled around low tide
Land Training Lessons
Carver skateboard and helmet provided
- Lessons are one hour long
- $60 per person for private
- $50 per person for group
- Recommended for surfers trying to learn how to transition from longboard to short board
Advanced Surf Lessons
- Private lessons are $65
- Group lessons are $45 per person, up to 3 people per instructor
- Must have had a previous lesson with us, as well as the OK from an instructor
- For surfers who are self sufficient in paddling and catching their own waves, as well as some ability to turn their board, but want to take the next step to really improve their surfing
- Instructors will surf with their lessons to help demonstrate proper technique
